These special 75-minute classes will introduce you to Sankalpa – the practice of intention in order to live a more rewarding life.
You will come to class with a simple intention in mind in the form of a postive statement (e.g. I focus on my health and welfare). Margo will then lead you through some breathwork (Pranayama), gentle yoga poses (Asanas), and a 45-minute guided meditation (Nidra). You will emerge from the meditation feeling fully relaxed and enlightened with respect to your intention.
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a powerful meditation technique accessible to all levels and particularly suitable for those new to meditation or who have had difficulty meditating. Through body awareness and visualisation, many yogis can achieve a hypnotic meditative state even if this is their first time meditating.
