COVID-19—Keeping you safe

At Yoga Seven, we are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment for in-person classes. The situation can change at any time, but we are committed to staying informed and making adjustments to our safety plan and procedures as necessary. Please help us in this effort by following any protocols and respecting others around you.

What YOU need to know

  • Please stay vigilant and perform self-screening before you attend any in-person classes. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms or feel unwell, please do not attend the studio.
  • You must have a WellnessLiving account and register for classes before coming to the studio.
  • Masks must be worn when entering the building and when walking through common spaces such as reception, the kitchen, and hallways. You can remove your mask and place it on a tissue (or bring a plastic bag) when settled on your mat. (You are also welcome to keep wearing your mask throughout class.)
  • Please ensure you keep at least 2 metres (6 feet) distance between yourself and any other person, and that your mat is placed according to floor markings.
  • We do not have any props or rental mats. Please bring your own to the studio.
  • We have limited space for changing, so please come dressed for class if you can.
  • To facilitate touchless payment, any purchases you may make in the studio will need to be charged to your credit card on file with WellnessLiving or as an email transfer to ginty@yogaseven.ca.

What WE are doing

  • Our space is equipped with Health-Canada-approved medical grade UV air cleaners from AtmosC.
  • We use a Benefect™, a hospital-grade natural disinfectant approved by Health Canada for use against COVID-19, to clean floors and high-touch surfaces, as well as for atomizing (“fogging”) to further clean the air between classes.
  • We also use a UV sanitizer wand on surfaces that are hard to wipe, such as computer keyboards, phones, remote controls.
  • Hand sanitizer is available around the studio.
  • We are running the studio below full capacity to allow for spacing between mats.
