This 30-day program can deliver the following benefits:
Timing: Monday, January 5th to Tuesday, February 3rd 2015
Daily Yoga Practice
Suggested 6 days of yoga per week, 1 day of rest. We encourage you to do 5 of these practices at Yoga Seven, but you may supplement 1 home practice per week. We will also have a community board for you to track your progress.
Weekly Nutritional Meetings
Every Monday evening at 8:00pm during the 30 days, we meet with Registered Holistic Nutritionist Samantha Gladish to discuss topics such as diet, hormones, stress relief, food sensitivities and more.
You will build a daily meditation practice over the 30 days, beginning with just 5 minutes in the morning followed by journalling your findings. Each week we will build upon the experience of the previous week, adding a weekly focus and increasing the length of time slowly.
