Friendly, welcoming studio, now renamed Resilience Yoga, located in Lorne Park, Ontario. We offer in-person, live-streamed, and on-demand yoga and fitness classes. All in-person classes take place in a regular temperature environment.

What we offer

In-person classes

Daily classes taught from a foundation of intelligent alignment and sense of play. Hatha, stretch, flow, restorative, fitness… the choice is yours. Improve your flexibility and focus, be fearless, have fun!

Live-streamed classes & on-demand library

Our high quality live-streamed classes make you feel as if you’re in the studio with us, and our on-demand library has a mix of recorded live-streamed classes and pre-recorded content such as lunchtime stretches, evening wind-down, morning movement, HIIT sessions, mat Pilates sessions, guided meditations and more.

Workshops & special events

Have fun and connect with the community in special celebratory events such as a themed New Year’s Day or Valentine’s Day session, an outdoor sunrise class, or a retreat.

Private/semi-private classes

Book time with your favourite teacher for one-on-one or small group yoga or meditation classes. Private sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific goals and needs. They are a great way to learn the fundamentals, ask questions, go deeper into postures, modify your practice for injuries or illness, develop a custom home routine, and have fun while learning more about your body. The choice is yours!


Providing workplace fitness and well-being is an investment both in your employees’ health and your company’s future.
